Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

At Serenity Waves, all bookings are final.

Due to the nature of our events and the significant upfront costs involved in delivering each experience (including venue hire, staff, equipment, travel, and preparation time), our overheads remain the same regardless of attendance. For this reason, we operate a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy.

Please read carefully before booking:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • No date changes or transfers to alternative sessions are permitted.

  • This applies to all bookings, including single sessions, group bookings, private events, retreats, and corporate experiences.

  • This includes (but is not limited to): illness, injury, personal circumstances, travel disruption, or changes in availability.

If you can no longer attend

While we do not offer refunds or transfers, you are welcome to:

  • Gift your space to a friend or family member, or

  • Resell your ticket privately if you are able to do so.

Please note:

  • Serenity Waves does not resell tickets on behalf of customers.

  • We do not advertise or promote resale requests on our social media channels or mailing lists.

  • Any resale or gifting arrangement is entirely the responsibility of the original purchaser.

In the unlikely event that Serenity Waves must cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control (such as venue closure, safety concerns, or operational issues), customers will be contacted directly with further information.
