GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

A little something to look forward to.

Serenity Waves Gift Certificates can be used towards eligible Serenity Waves experiences booked through our online booking system.

Validity
Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the Gift Certificate. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will no longer be available.

Using your Gift Certificate
Each Gift Certificate is issued with a unique code. Enter this code when booking your chosen experience through the Serenity Waves online booking system.

Gift Certificates can be used as full or part payment. If your chosen experience costs more than the available Gift Certificate balance, the remaining amount must be paid at checkout.

If your booking costs less than the available balance, the remaining value can be used towards another eligible Serenity Waves experience before the Gift Certificate expires.

Experience prices and availability
Prices vary between experiences, locations and special events. Purchasing a Gift Certificate does not guarantee availability for any particular experience, location or date. All bookings remain subject to availability.

Cancellations and booking terms
Bookings made using a Gift Certificate are subject to the Serenity Waves booking Terms & Conditions and the cancellation, rescheduling and attendance policies applicable to the experience booked.

Refunds and cash value
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Gift Certificate codes
Please keep your unique Gift Certificate code safe. The code should be treated like monetary value and should only be shared with the intended recipient.

Promotional offers
Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase another Gift Certificate. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes and discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Certificate.
