What to bring / Requirements
-
Arrive calmly and allow time for parking and getting changed.
Once everything is prepared, our team will invite you to the poolside.
To protect the peaceful atmosphere for the group, late arrivals cannot be admitted. -
We guide each guest onto their floating bed slowly and safely.
There is absolutely no rush — the beds are far sturdier than people expect, and our team supports you throughout the process in a calm and dignified way. -
You’ll float weightlessly on warm water, cocooned in blankets and stillness while therapeutic sound waves travel through your whole body.
Subtle ambient noises from the pool may occur but blend naturally into the wider soundscape. -
At the end, we gently float everyone back to the poolside.
You can take your time easing out of the session, staying relaxed and grounded. -
Phones must be on silent. If brought onto the airbed, they must stay on your body — placing them on the bed causes vibrations felt by the whole group.
To protect the atmosphere, guests who are unwell or unable to remain quiet throughout may be asked to step out.
How It Works

What to Bring
A simple guide to help you arrive comfortable and prepared:
-
You won’t get wet. Wear cosy layers, yoga wear or loose clothing.
Feet or ankles may get lightly wet getting on/off the bed.
Socks are welcome once settled; no shoes on the beds. -
Useful for extra comfort or neck support.
-
Please avoid anything that could puncture the airbeds — jewellery, pins, zips, etc.
-
We provide both, but you can bring your own if preferred.
-
If you feel unwell or have a persistent cough, it may disrupt the group — please let us know in advance.
-
Falling asleep is normal. Light snoring is fine; louder snoring may be gently settled.
-
Phone (silent only, kept on your body).
