Here at Serenity Waves, we try our utmost to create a warm, relaxing and serene environment. This is why we provide extremely sturdy beds to float on and allows you to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Not at all. You’ll lay safely on our double airbeds. The aim is complete relaxation - no swimming required

Floating sound baths are safe and deeply relaxing during pregnancy, but only in the second and third trimesters are you able to attend. We always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider first if in doubt.

That’s absolutely fine - and very common! The body and mind continue to benefit from the sounds, even while you’re asleep.

If you have epilepsy, severe hearing sensitivity, a pacemaker, or any other medical condition that might be affected by sound or water immersion, please consult your doctor beforehand.

Yes - many people attend solo, and it’s a beautiful way to connect inward. You're also welcome to come with a friend, partner, or small group.

We do ask you bring a towel if possible to rest your head on. We provide everything else including your airbed, blanket and eye mask.
