“My second floating sound bath with serenity waves, the perfect reset. Last night in Ashby the organisers mentioned all the elements of a floating sound bath inc the eye mask work on sensory deprivation. Simple but amazing, my whole body was reset.

It was my friends first experience and she was nervous about getting on and off the beds, she did it with ease, the staff do whatever you need to make it as relaxing as possible. She had the best nights sleep and woke up with a sense of calm.
